A Little Coffee & A Latte Jesus began with a simple longing—to create a place where people could slow down, open God’s Word, and be reminded of His faithfulness, one sip of coffee and one Scripture at a time.

A Little About Me…

My relationship with Jesus Christ is the foundation of my being. I would not be who I am or where I am today were it not for Him.

I didn’t meet my husband, Daniel, until I was in my 30s. So, for the majority of my life, it’s been just me and Jesus. But in 2021, He faithfully answered my prayers by bringing Daniel into my life.

Daniel and I have two beautiful little boys, William and Hudson. They are our world, and we love them more and more every day. But if this season has taught us anything, it’s that parenting a toddler and an infant is a little like trying to tame wild goats. The struggle is real. 😂 But man, oh man, is it worth it. And we thank Jesus daily for allowing us to live this life together.

How Did This Dream Begin…

I’ve always had a passion for writing and for sharing the amazing things God has done in my life with others. And as a working mom, there are two things I cannot function without—Jesus and coffee. Hence, the name!

But finding time to sit and write, much less put together an entire website? It seemed like a pipe dream.

Until one day, the career I had spent more than 16 years building came crashing down. Following a major acquisition and restructuring, I was laid off.

Suddenly, I had time.

But I also felt hurt and rejected. This thing—my career—that I had poured my heart into building was, seemingly overnight, gone.

And so, through the tears, the pain, and all of the questioning “why?”, God granted me the space and the time to bring this pipe dream to life.

Take Your Seat at the Table…

I don’t know what season you’re in. I don’t know what valleys or mountaintops you’ve experienced. I don’t know what led you here.

But God does.

And if you take nothing else away from this little corner of the internet, I pray you hear these words:

God sees you. God loves you. And you are never, ever alone.

And if you’ll allow me, I would love to walk through this journey with you—to remind you of His faithfulness, His provision, and His love, and to fill up your love tank with the truths found in His Word.

Life is meant to be lived together.
